You have a 30-minute grace period after placing your order to request a cancellation.
Immediately after checkout, you may also see an option on your order confirmation/status page to cancel your order yourself. If the cancellation option is still available, simply select it and follow the prompts to cancel.
You may also email support@vitaprima.com within the cancellation window for assistance.
Once your order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait until the product is delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
