Please review the terms below before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility Requirements
- Request within 30 days: Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- First purchase only: The guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each eligible product. Repeat purchases of the same product, including subsequent subscription orders, are not eligible for additional satisfaction claims.
- Minimum 7-day trial: You must use the product as directed for at least 7 days before submitting a performance-related claim.
- Maximum 50% usage: At least 50% of the product must remain at the time of your request.
- Return required: The remaining product must be returned to Vita Prima to qualify for a refund.
- $9 U.S. return fee: For eligible U.S. returns, a $9 return-label fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Eligibility verification: Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and we have verified that all guarantee requirements have been met.
Contacting support does not automatically guarantee a refund. Customers must complete the feedback process to qualify. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that the Hair Growth Oil does not guarantee measurable hair regrowth within 30 days.

- Moisturizing performance
- Skin softness and conditioning
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The 30-Day Performance Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover returns based solely on:
- Disliking the scent or personal fragrance preferences
- Changing your mind after purchasing
- Ordering the wrong product
- Packaging preferences
- Using more than 50% of the product
- Repeat purchases of the same product
- Requests submitted outside the eligible guarantee period
- Concerns unrelated to the product’s advertised cosmetic performance

If your order contains both eligible products and final sale items, only the eligible products may be considered under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return or Performance Satisfaction Guarantee request, contact us at support@vitaprima.com.
Please be prepared to provide:
- Your order number
- The email address associated with your order
- The product you would like to return
- The reason for your request
- Approximately how much product remains, if opened
- Photos of the product when reasonably necessary to verify eligibility
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your order qualifies.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Any applicable $9 return-label fee and non-refundable original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
After a refund is issued, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
Bundles
Returns involving bundles or promotional sets may be subject to additional adjustments.
If returning part of a bundle causes the remaining products to no longer qualify for the original bundle or promotional discount, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
Shower Filter Returns
Not loving your shower filter? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as:
- The filter is dry and undamaged.
- All original components are included.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned filter. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
